The New Faculty Cohort Learning Community will be utilizing the Flashline Groups tool that each of you have access to. Follow the Directions below to became a member of the New Faculty Cohort LC Flashline Group!

1. Enter Flashline with your ID & password at: http://flashline.kent.edu/cp/home/loginf
   
   
2. Click in the upper righ hand corner on the “Groups” link


3. Click on the “Groups Index”, which will bring several tabs to choose from.
   
   
4. Click on the Academic tab, then scroll down till you see “New Faculty Cohort LC” and click.
   
   
5. So we can encourage openness within the group, you will need to join by submitting your information. Jeffrey will verify you are a 1st or 2nd year faculty member and grant you access to the site
   
   
6. Once you have been accepted you will have the opportunity to post discussions, chat on line, post links & files, as well as see happenings dedicated to you or would interest new faculty.
