"SecondLife (tm) in the Classroom"
The purpose of the “SecondLife ™ in the Classroom” Studio Jumpstart is to inform workshop participants about the affordances of successfully integrating SecondLife™ into a course curriculum.  Dirk Remley and Barb Karman, who both currently utilize SecondLIfe ™ in their classes, will share their justifications for incorporating this relatively new technology into a classroom setting.  Additionally, they will share their experiences, provide advice, and facilitate an engaging dialogue about the affordances and constraints of the technology from a pragmatic and perspective.
