Summary of Goals

• To create a learning community linking K-12 educators with community agencies and organizations using digital technologies for sharing and collaboration

• To support K-12 educators in developing classroom lessons that utilize digital mobile technologies to access resources from a variety of community institutions/organizations

• To train teachers to effectively utilize video cell phones for videoconferencing and/or virtual field trips with museums, galleries, and other cultural and historical landmarks to support teaching and learning

• To train teachers in the development of podcasts to be used in conjunction with their classroom curriculum
