Grant Summary
The LCAT project will develop and mobilize an interdisciplinary faculty-professional learning community to increase awareness of assistive technology by faculty and staff and to increase access to assistive technologies by students with disabilities. We will disseminate our findings and recommendations through training and support of KSU faculty and staff and other OLN institutions.

      Learning Community Goals

• Develop and synergize faculty and student expertise in the area of AT to support learning by students in higher education
• Investigate current needs and wishes for AT to support student learning and faculty teaching
• Explore and conduct training on innovative AT applications and strategies
• Test and disseminate finding to develop strategies to address identified needs
