Grant Summary
For “revision,” Stark State College of Technology selected College Composition, our freshman composition course required for the college’s associate degree programs and for some certificate offerings. This “revision” will support online degrees, reduce campus space issues and attract students beyond our geographical limitations. Our learning community will explore new technologies to meet students’ needs, develop methods to assess the effectiveness of technological tools across the curriculum, share our experiences with others within and beyond our College, and increase our engagement with students. Our primary goal will be to improve the student experience while continuously improving access to effective web-based courses.
